I line the fields in rows so neat,
Golden grains beneath your feet.
A staple food from dawn to dusk,
What crop is grown where waters gush?

Rice

With lanterns bright and old-world style,
My ancient streets stretch mile by mile.
Tourists love my river flow,
Which small town steals the show?

Hoi An

I’m shaped like a fruit but sharp inside,
My smell makes many run or hide.
Some say yum, some say yuck,
Which fruit is this that tests your luck?

Durian

I fought for years through jungle shade,
A heavy toll my people paid.
Yet in the end, I stood so proud,
What war left my nation unbowed?

You’ll find me placed on every wall,
A star so bright, so proud and tall.
Red and yellow, bold and true,
Which flag waves with a golden hue?
